Every order is prepared with the same care as the piece inside. Your necklace is checked, protected and presented for a secure journey from our studio to your door.

Order preparation

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods or holidays, preparation may take slightly longer; tracking is sent as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Delivery timing

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–12 business days depending on destination and carrier conditions. Customs processing, severe weather and regional service interruptions may occasionally extend transit time.

• Orders over $75 — complimentary shipping
• Orders under $75 — $8 flat-rate shipping

Worldwide delivery

We ship internationally from Sacramento, California, USA. Any duties, taxes or import charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Tracking and address details

A dispatch confirmation with tracking will be emailed when your order is on its way. Please review your address carefully before checkout; if a correction is needed, contact us as soon as possible.
