Every Zynova order is checked and packed securely before shipment.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take longer. Tracking is provided as soon as the order ships.

We offer worldwide shipping to the countries and regions available in checkout. If your destination is not shown in the checkout country selector, please contact us before ordering.

SHIPPING RATES

• Orders from US$0–59.99: Standard Worldwide Shipping — US$6.99.
• Orders of US$60 or more: FREE Worldwide Shipping.

The same rates and threshold are shown at checkout for your delivery address.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–12 business days depending on destination and carrier conditions. Customs processing, severe weather and service interruptions may cause delays.

DUTIES & TAXES

Any taxes or duties collected by Zynova are shown before payment. Additional import charges required by local authorities are the recipient’s responsibility.

TRACKING & ADDRESS CHANGES

A dispatch confirmation with tracking is sent to the email used at checkout. You can also visit Track Your Order and enter your order number and email address.

Review your shipping address carefully and email ZynovaTrade@gmail.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

RETURNS
