Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident choosing your next pair. If your shoes are not right for you, you can request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery.
Trying On Your Shoes
Please try shoes on indoors on a clean, dry surface. To qualify for a return, shoes must remain in their original, unworn condition, with clean soles and no scuffs, creases caused by wear, stains, odors, damage or alterations. Please keep the original shoe box, packaging and any included accessories.
Shoes worn outdoors or showing signs of use are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Manufacturing defects or damage present on arrival are handled separately below.
How to Request a Return
Email zynovatrade@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the name used for the order, the style and size you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please include clear photos of the shoes and packaging.
Once your return is approved, we will email the return address and instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back and use the return address we provide.
Size or Fit Not Right?
If you need a different size or style, you may return your eligible, unworn pair under this policy and place a new order. New orders are subject to current stock availability. We do not offer direct size or style exchanges.
Return Shipping
For returns due to size, fit, personal preference or a change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage until the return is completed.
If we sent the wrong item, or your shoes arrived damaged or defective, we will arrange a suitable resolution and cover any required return shipping. Please contact us before paying for return shipping in these cases.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is a problem. Send your order number and photos so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund.
Refunds
We will inspect the returned shoes and email you when your refund is approved or explain why a return does not meet the conditions above. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it is processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are not refunded for returns due to size, fit or a change of mind. If the return results from an incorrect or defective item, we will explain the applicable refund and shipping arrangements when resolving your case.

- Shoes worn outdoors, altered or damaged after delivery, except where a manufacturing defect is involved.
