How do I choose a size?

Measure your wrist snugly in centimeters without adding extra space, then use the size options and instructions on the product page. Contact us before ordering if you need help.

What materials are used?

Each product page lists the exact stones, bead size, metal details and construction. Refer to that page for the most accurate information.

Can I wear my bracelet every day?

Many pieces are designed for regular wear, but natural stone jewelry benefits from gentle handling. Remove your bracelet before bathing, swimming, exercising or sleeping.

How quickly will my order be prepared?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping rates, delivery estimates and any duties or taxes collected by Zynova are shown before payment.

Can I return an order?
