Will my stone look exactly like the photograph?

Natural stones vary in tone, pattern, clarity and inclusions. Product photography shows the overall design and character; the individual stone you receive may have its own subtle markings, which are part of its uniqueness.

How do I choose a necklace length?

Use the measurements listed on the product page and compare them with a necklace you already enjoy wearing. Consider neckline, pendant scale and whether you plan to wear the piece alone or layered.

Can I wear my necklace every day?

Many pieces are designed for regular wear, but all fine jewellery benefits from gentle handling. Remove your necklace before bathing, swimming, exercising or sleeping, and follow the guidance on our Care Guide page.

What materials are used?

The exact stone, metal finish, chain and dimensions are listed on each product page. Because materials vary by design, the product description is the most accurate reference for the piece you are considering.

How quickly will my order be prepared?

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. Typical transit time is 3–12 business days depending on destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide from Sacramento, California. Orders over $75 qualify for complimentary shipping; orders under $75 use an $8 flat shipping rate.

Can I return an order?

Return requests may be made within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition and in their original packaging. Please contact us for authorisation before sending a return.

Is my order suitable for gifting?

Each order is prepared with protective, considered presentation. If the piece is a gift, please check the delivery address carefully before completing checkout.
